HOW TO TREAT AND LOVE YOURSELF/HOW TO BE HAPPY.

There is the saying that goes"IF YOU DON'T LOVE YOURSELF WHO ELSE WILL"
Someone once told me, 
when the struggle is real and hope is left to die, remember every young bird is learning how to fly. 
giving up trying to get some peace in your brain, isn't the answer to your problems it still remains.
if you look upon the sky where angel tears are falling down, sometimes it's just okay to be enough just the way you are instead of worrying about being like others or listening to people.

I know things can get hard and life sucks
And sometimes you feel sorry for yourself because things aren't going the way you want them too or life is just being unfair and you wish you could just die or cry yourself to sleep just to feel better. 
 But I'm here to tell you that loving yourself is the best way of letting go of all those pain and sorrows you go through and I want you to know that you aren't alone and I'm here for you. 
Here are some tips on how to love, treat and be happy.

1. STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF: Always do what you feel that is right by following your intuition, not being afraid to make mistakes, not caring about what people say , being comfortable with spending time alone, stop betraying yourself by hurting yourself emotionally, dream big and don't waste your time on irrelevant things that could hurt you.

2. KNOW YOUR WORTH: know your worth by loving yourself first more than anyone and when you know how to treat yourself right you will know what to spend your time and energy on, respecting yourself, getting to know yourself and loving yourself just as much as you loved that person that broke you, give yourself that time and space to heal.

3. QUITE TIME WITH YOURSELF : having a you time is very essential, plan your weekends maybe stay home and read some books, pen down your thoughts, go out feel and watch nature, watch movies, sleep, wake up, eat, watch funny videos, take some pictures, compliment yourself, talk to yourself looking at the mirror saying positive things and get to know yourself more.

4. SPOIL YOURSELF: This is one of the key of showing appreciation to yourself yes I'm saying to yourself. Knowing you are good enough and you deserve better and no one can change that, going out, buying new cloths for yourself, buying gifts for yourself, buying your favorite ice cream, paying to watch a movie with just you and doing what you love.

5. HAVING A PLAYLIST OF YOUR FAVORITE SONGS: we all have our type of songs we listen to, it could be RnB, jazz, afro, hip-hop. Spending time with yourself doing thing's to keep you busy and listening to your favorite songs help also.

6. FORGIVE YOURSELF: this isn't about putting the past behind you and moving on, it is about you accepting what has happened and showing companionship to yourself. Don't avoid it, come clean and take responsibility, be kind and be understanding to yourself.
7. AVOID TOXIC VIBE: Do you get a feeling that someone "a co-worker" or a "close one" makes you feel down each time you with them, try to spend less time with them.

8. AVOID SLEEPING LATE : trying something new could be a life changing game, why not try sleeping early and see how much it helps. when you sleep late your thoughts starts to rush in, your insecurities you've been avoiding starts coming back. Try it today "Sleep Early and and wake up Happy"(tag me if used).

9. FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS: what are your goals?, What do you want to become?, Where do you see yourself in the next 2-5years from now. Write down 5 Goals you want to achieve and steps needed to achieve them. You will see yourself growing , loving yourself more and being proud of yourself.

10. MEDIATION: give yourself 10miuntes of your time in a lonely room and mediate on yourself, think of what you want for yourself and how far you want to go and work more on yourself. 
Loving yourself sometimes can be difficult but give yourself that time and space to breathe, grow and understand yourself by learning all you need to learn.
You know most times
you are told you're slow
you are not smart
you are weak
you're too sad and ugly
And maybe they are right
I mean that's what they see.

But what do you see
When you look at the mirror
you see you standing
Hoping for happiness everyday
you see you not dying
Just taking life a step at a time
you see you smiling a beautiful smile
At the little jokes that make sense to just you
you see you and you should love yourself.

I want you to know that 
you are beautiful,
You are overpowered,
You can do anything,
You are a winner,
And you will always conquer.
