A new born baby, abandoned by it's parent. Has been found dead in calabar, cross river states.
Report says the baby was dumped overnight at the watt market. and was only discovered this morning, it's suspected that the baby died at night due to the temperature of the weather.
The public has been mourning the little baby and urge security operatives to do the needful.
