How to create a relationship with yourself.
Sometimes we feel someone else can love us more than our self. but the truth is we were all given a life where by, you know all your secret, you know what goes on inside of you. And no one else knows except God.
1 .Love yourself more than others .
You come first ,this is a little hard and at the same time very easy. When I was growing up I had a nature of sacrificing my love and care for people and I was always happy making people happy even though I was sad because then I did not understand. but now that am matured enough I know what I want and I have learnt to make my heart less when necessary. The people you love sometimes might be the ones that betrays and that can hurt so bad, no one can love you more than you because it is you that knows every thing about you.
2 .Have time for yourself and know more about yourself .
Having a good time for yourself is one of the main key. going out ,spend time ,treat yourself,take pictures,have fun,keep memories and not just go out also take care of yourself ,your body ,your health. and in this way. you get to know more about your self discover who you are ,know what your likes and dislikes are and knowing what you want ,now a days we teenagers we are full of fun ,living life in the easy way yes that is good.
But do you know what you want, what do you see yourself doing in the next few years .here is what can help.
*Meditate on yourself and have a quite time with God.
*.Staying positive.
*Regret nothing
*let people know what you are trying to achieve.
*Be selfish(putting yourself first)
3 .Advice yourself and always be happy.
When I was 15 ,my mom always advice me even up till now, whenever she talks to me I do listen even though I don't show interest, but whenever am alone i go back and rephrase what she or any other person says. I see myself talking and advising myself and it really helped and it made me improve ,because I know when someone talks to someone they kind of feel maybe bad or sad hearing the truth or the lie. but when you talk to yourself you can never be sad because you know the good and the bad even though it is going to look like a risk but you feel it is right, always do what makes you happy no matter what. If you want to find that happiness it starts within you and not with someone. Sometimes we listen to what people say and it makes "we" sad.
depressed and confused, yes things happen but no matter what keep smiling, be happy, stay true to yourself, do what you love not what you are told to love and choose your friends wisely.
